Shipping Information:
All orders are shipped via Standard Ground Shipping. Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days, and will arrive 5 to 9 business days from the date they were shipped, except for special orders and some items of furniture. If by chance a product is out of stock or coming from the manufacturer, we will advise you by email if there is a delay. We try to keep most products stocked, but some larger products may be drop shipped directly to you. There is no change in shipping cost for you.
We try hard to reduce our waste and ship items as economical and eco-friendly as possible. If your order is softgoods (clothing, bedding), we do not add extra unneccessary packing material. It will come as flat and compact as possible while still protecting your merchandise. Please help us and recycle the material your order arrives in.
Returns & Exchanges:
Our products make us happy, and we hope they will make you happy too. But if for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, you may return non-sale merchandise with an original receipt up to 30 days from the purchase date for store credit (less shipping costs ). All special order purchases are final; no refunds or credits are available.
All returns may be made via mail. Shipping charges will apply to mail-in exchanges.
To make a return or exchange, please return the copy of your packing slip along with your merchandise. If you no longer have your packing slip, please email us to obtain a return authorization number.
